Grant me the wisdom to distinguish between the things I can and cannot control.

Grant me the wisdom to distinguish the valuable from the valueless.

Grant me the wisdom to distinguish the nourishing from the non-nourishing. 

Grant me the wisdom to know who I am and who I'm not. 

Grant me the wisdom to distinguish love from fear and truth from illusion. 

Grant me the courage to embody this wisdom as I remove the blocks to the awareness of love's presence, make peace with my past, create a vision for my future, and live in the present, one moment and miracle at a time.
